日本ランコ株式会社は、冷房・暖房、冷蔵・冷凍、空調換気用のサーモスタット、四方切換弁、並びに圧力その他による制御機器・装置の製造、販売、輸出入及び技術サービス等を目的とする企業。 昭和36年（1961年）11月、日電工業株式会社と米国ランコ社との提携により、合弁会社「日電ランコ株式会社」として設立され、昭和40年（1965年）4月に社名を「日本ランコ株式会社」 に改称した。
